Carly Carson

Carly Carson is the Head of Social at PMG, a digital marketing agency, where she builds social strategies to drive impact for brands such as J. Crew, Old Navy, Ralph Lauren, and Altheta. Before teaching Social Media Marketing at the Gaylord College of Journalism and Mass Communication, she worked as a Digital Brand Manager at The Richards Group and as an Account Manager for The Starr Conspiracy and The Integer Group. She brings many accomplishments in the field of advertising, including being elected as one of Drum’s 50 Under 30 Women in Advertising and speaking at SocialMediaWeek in Austin in 2019.

Carla Holmes, APR, is an innovative public relations professional who has led consumer market and nonprofit initiatives for more than 25 years. She has managed 30+ teams and PR agencies across the U.S. and led corporate communications and public affairs as the Chief Communications Officer for FINA, Oil & Chemical, Inc. Before FINA, Holmes was Sr. Vice‐President at Fleishman‐Hillard International Communications, where she helped spearhead the McDonald’s Restaurant Co‐op account. Holmes provided account management for Anheuser‐Bush Community Affairs Division, among a variety of others.

Michael Bagalman

Michael Bagalman is the Vice President of Business Intelligence and Data Science at Starz (Lionsgate Entertainment) and teaches Marketing & Media Analytics at the Gaylord College of Journalism and Mass Communication. He is also the Founder and CEO of Paradox Resolution LLC. Before this, he worked as the Senior Vice President at both Deutsch from 2008-2012 and Publicis from 2005-2008. He was also a consultant at Renegade Nation from 2004-2005. He received his Master’s in Statistics and Operations Research from Princeton University.
